Last updated: July 2026. These terms should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before publication.

About us

This website is operated by Community Together Communications Limited. By using the site you accept these terms.

Using the website

You may use this website for lawful personal and business purposes. You must not misuse it by knowingly introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using automated systems to scrape content or submit forms.

Content you submit

When you submit news, an event, an offer, a competition or a wellbeing listing, you confirm that:

  • The information is accurate and not misleading.
  • You own the content, or have permission to submit it.
  • You have permission from anyone identifiable in a photograph you send us.
  • The content does not infringe anyone's rights, and is not offensive or unlawful.

By submitting content you grant us a licence to publish and edit it on this website, in our magazines and across our social media channels. We review all submissions and may decline or edit anything at our discretion. We are not obliged to publish anything.

Accuracy of information

We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Event details, offers and listings are supplied by third parties and can change without notice - always check with the organiser or business before travelling or spending money.

Advertising and listings

Advertisements, offers and directory entries are the responsibility of the business concerned. Inclusion is not an endorsement or a recommendation, and we are not party to any contract you enter into with an advertiser.

Wellbeing content

Content in our community wellbeing section is general information only and does not replace professional medical advice. See the full note on the wellbeing page.

Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics and logos on this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. You are welcome to link to our pages.

Third-party links

Where we link to other websites - including our regional magazine sites and our Calendly booking pages - we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
